My approach

  1. Discovery Phase

  • Graphic Concept Ideation: I developed graphic proposals for the development of the event Colombia 4.0

  • Concept Development: Based on the selected graphic proposal, the construction of the graphic universe and its applications across different media begins.

  • Development of Pieces for Social Media: Pieces were designed for promotion on social media in previous phases, during, and after the event.

  • Agenda and Speakers Design: Part of COl40's success lies in the quality of its speakers, bringing in current references from the creative world, designing promotional pieces for the speakers was a fundamental part of promoting the event on social media.

  • 'In situ' Support: During the event, additional pieces were required for promotion at key moments, such as photos during presentations to encourage potential attendees to interact, as well as leaving graphic records for future event promotions.

Results

Colombia 4.0 consolidated its position as the leading technology and digital economy event in Latin America. With over 62,000 attendees, topics such as artificial intelligence, software development, animation, video games, music, and entrepreneurship were addressed.

The graphic design of the event was key to conveying the vibrant and innovative identity of Colombia 4.0, and I subsequently participated in its versions 2019, 2020, and 2021 as support in graphic material for social media.
